Mild Steels have affinity toward strain aging, which means that material grains will dislocate with each other until met by each other in the form obstacles. These obstacles cause strain hardening, non-aging steel diminish the tendency for this failure. Non-aging steel is manufactured with aluminum additives which is also known as killed steel.
