when there is no significant yield, RP0.2 should be used; otherwise ReL should be used.
When the thickness is more than 0.40mm and not more than 0.60mm, the specified value of the yield strength is allowed to increase 20MPa; when the thickness is not more than 0.40mm, the specified value of the yield strength is allowed to increase 40MPa.
