What is SPCF Steels?

SPCF steels are deep drawing quality non aging cold rolled steels, which are consumed for drawing applications. The SPCF steels are different with SPCE steels in a way that mechanical properties of SPCE steel change little with its age unlike the SPCE steel. Mild Steels have affinity toward strain aging, which means that material grains will dislocate with each other until met by each other in the form obstacles.

These obstacles cause strain hardening, non-aging steel diminish the tendency for this failure. Non-aging steel is manufactured with aluminum additives which is also known as killed steel.
