Manufacturing Process of GL galvalume steel roofing sheet:
A chemical pretreatment is then applied to promote adhesion between the primer and the Galvalume coating. A high performance flexible primer is then applied to the pretreated surface to enhance corrosion resistance, particularly at cut edges, scratches, and bends.
