Building Material Gi Galvanized Steel Coil

The production process of HDG Continuous Galvanizing Line produces Hot-Dipped Galvanized steel sheets from base metal of Cold Rolled Coil, process consist of cleaning or degreasing, pickling to remove scale and residual from the surface, annealing furnace is used to achieve desired mechanical properties for strip, then galvanization by coating steel with a layer of zinc by immersing the metal in a bath of molten zinc, the steel sheet alloys with the zinc to bond coating onto the strip surface. After hop-dipped galvanizing process, variety of surface treatment can be applied, chemical passivation, chromate, oiling etc. Galvanized steel sheets are widely used in automobiles, home appliances, IT, high-grade building materials and ships and other fields.
