Hot dipped steel pipe is coated with polymer material by chemical method on the basis of ordinary steel pipe surface treatment. Its process is basically as follows.
1. First, the plastic powder is melted by high temperature heating and then sprayed evenly on the heated steel.
2. Then the temperature of the extruder head part is controlled at about 210-230°C.
3. After a certain period of curing, the coating is formed.
4. The thickness of the coating is generally 0.5-1.0mm.
