25Cr3MoA (S/HBH) alloy steel with high purity and high density is an important steel for aircraft engines. The steel has uniform structure and high purity; There is no relation between Ehrlich impact energy and Charpy impact energy. Ws9-6001 group has the best low temperature impact toughness; Good high temperature performance is maintained under 600 ℃; It still has high fatigue strength at 400 ℃.

Manganese Mn: 0.40 ~ 0.70;

Heat treatment specification: quenched 900±10℃, oil cooled; Temper 580 ~ 630℃, air cooled.

25Cr3MoA smelting process: electric arc furnace, electroslag remelting, forging billet, rolling, slow cooling, annealing process. It's a good material for 25Cr3MoA aero engines.
