The prepainted steel sheet is a material that is obtained by subjection to chemical treatment (coating) followed by reheating and cured by a hot-dipped galvanized steel sheet or a sheet of aluminum. A hot-dip zinc-coated thin-film sheet of PPGI sheet is also known as the pre-painted galvanized steel coil and color coated steel coil.
The cumulative thickness is composed of the base steel – coating – primer – top paint – protective layer thickness of the pre-painted galvanized steel coil. The top layer is 10-25 μm thick, and the back layer is 5-20 μm thick. The thinner the thickness of the base steel, the higher the PPGI steel coil price, as the manufacturing costs are increasing.
Polyester (PE) is typically used as a layer or white grey paint coating material. The color may be modified to the color card or client samples of the RAL. It is useful to create unique patterns like wood grain, floral print, camouflage, and stone.

Matt PPGI
The matt PPGI Coil includes large and small wrinkled PPGI. The thickness of the paint coating is 20μm-45μm, which is not easy to colorize for roofing sheets with longer life.
