The surface of the aluminum zinc plated steel plate is characterized by smooth, flat and gorgeous star flowers, and the basic color is silver white. The special coating structure makes it have excellent corrosion resistance. The normal service life of the aluminum zinc plate can reach 25A, the heat resistance is very good, it can be used in the high temperature environment of 315 ℃; the adhesion between the coating and the paint film is good, it has good processing performance, can be used for stamping, shearing, welding, etc.; the surface conductivity is very good.

The coating consists of 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon by weight. The production process of Al Zn steel plate is similar to that of galvanized steel plate and aluminum plate, which is a continuous melting coating process. The results show that the corrosion resistance of 55% Al Zn alloy coating is better than that of galvanized steel sheet with the same thickness when exposed to the same environment on both sides. The 55% Al Zn alloy coated steel plate not only has good corrosion resistance, but also has excellent adhesion and flexibility.

As the steel plate will be oxidized and rusted when it is damped, it is necessary to add anti-corrosion coating on the surface. The commonly used anti-corrosion coatings are hot-dip galvanized Zn and hot-dip aluminum zinc alloy Al Zn (aluminum zinc alloy composition is 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc and 1.5% silicon, referred to as 55% Al Zn). The data show that the comprehensive anti-corrosion ability of 55% aluminum zinc plating is 4 times that of the same thickness zinc plating.
