B35A550 Non Grain Oriented Electrical steel

The production process of B35A550 silicon steel includes raw material preparation, steelmaking, continuous casting, rolling and annealing. First, high purity iron is extracted from iron ore and then mixed with appropriate amounts of silicon, manganese and chromium to make a raw material containing 6.5% silicon steel. Next, these raw materials are heated to high temperatures and refined into billets. The billets are shaped by continuous casting and then rolled in a mill to make a thin, uniform sheet of silicon steel. Finally, the silicon steel sheet is heated to high temperatures and annealed at specific times and temperatures to increase its magnetic conductivity.
