1.4539 Tubes are some of the most widely used stainless steel tubes in various industries. These tubes are seamless or welded, cold drawn or electro-polished to suit the buyer’s needs. They are also available as ERW and EFW tubes. The different shapes of these tubes including round, square, rectangular, oval and hollowware made to fit into the various requirements in both large scale and small scale industries. 321 Stainless Steel Tubes have high strength and long service life.
The stainless steel tubes are also in threaded form, hot rolled and cold rolled form, as heat exchangers and so on. In their annealed form, the tubes are more ductile and therefore their hardness is lessened. This is primarily because of the alteration of their chemical and physical properties due to their annealed form. Pickled tubes have clean surfaces that are free of all harmful impurities that may compromise with the quality of the product. They are required for the manufacture of several types of machinery such as agricultural machinery, machinery used in textile industries and so on.
The addition of molybdenum in SUS 321 Tubes provides this stainless steel excellent corrosion resistance capacity at ordinary temperature in normal weather. These tubes also contain in addition, elements like carbon, manganese, nickel, nitrogen, phosphorus, silicon and sulfur that provide them with their strength and toughness. Pitting and crevice corrosion in chloride environments requires the use of Alloy Din 1.4539 Tubes due to these properties.
