Because of the stabilising element Nb, CNS 347 Stainless Steel Pipe has good resistance to intergranular corrosion and polysulphate intergranular stress corrosion, and its corrosion resistance is similar to that of 18-8 austenitic stainless steel containing titanium in corrosive media such as acids, alkalis and salts, so it is widely used in boilers, power generation, petroleum, chemical, synthetic fibres, food, paper and other industries. CNS 347 Stainless Steel Pipe is advantageous in high temperature environments due to its excellent mechanical properties.
