17-4PH 630 plate is a precipitation hardening martensitic stainless steel, which combines high strength and hardness (after heat treatment) with excellent corrosion resistance, and 17-4PH 630 plate is suitable for easy fabrication.
Precipitation hardening stainless steels 17-4PH 630 plates are chromium and nickel containing steels that provide an optimum combination of the properties of martensitic and austenitic grades. Like martensitic grades, 17-4PH 630 plates are known for their ability to gain high strength through heat treatment and they also have the corrosion resistance of austenitic stainless steel.
