The extent of resistance against corrosion is derived with the hardening and polishing of SS 403 Plates. The SS 403 Plates can withstand the reactions of oxidation up to 760OC. The SS 403 Plates might gain better mechanical qualities if they are forged and tempered under cooler temperatures.
