EN 1.4021 Stainless Steel Plate

The steel grade 1.4021 ( also called ASTM 420 ) is a high tensile strength martensitic stainless steel with good corrosion properties. DIN 1.4021 is machinable and suits good for production of details with good resistance to e.g. air water steam, freshwater, certain alkaline solutions and other mildly aggressive chemicals. It shall not be used in marine or in chloride environment.
