10Ni3MnCuAl steel belongs to Ni-Al-Cu age hardening steel, which is a high performance, high precision and high grade mirror plastic die steel. Steel properties: has good mirror processing and discharge processing property. After special smelting production, high purity, stable performance, good polishing performance and carving, no heat treatment, good cutting, good processing and surface finish, uniform distribution of hardness. The steel has good weldability. The hardness of the welded part decreases at first. After aging treatment at 500℃*5H and air cooling, the hardness value and heat affected value are the same as the hardness of the base material. The surface hardness of this steel can reach 750HV after soft nitriding with gas, which can improve the service life.

10Ni3MnCuAl pre-hardened mirror precision plastic die steel has been hardened to HRC37-43, can avoid heat treatment, never deformation is age hardened steel, 15 ~ 150 mm thickness of flat steel, surface to center has uniform hardness, excellent corrosion (EDM) processing performance; Special smelting ensures excellent mirror processing and etching processing. It is mainly used for camera, recorder, audio equipment, transparent cover and film, etc.
