    3. Delivery condition: Annealed
    4. Hardness: HBS=207-255. Hot rolled or forging, EAF or ESR material,
    5. Features: Excellent quenching hardening and high wear resistance,

    Mechanical properties:

    Hardness: annealed,255 ~ 207HB (14-25HRC), indentation diameter 3.8 ~ 4.2mm; Quenching, p 60 HRC

    Cr12MoV purposes

    Cr12MoV die steel hardenability, quenched after tempering hardness, strength, toughness is higher than CR12, diameter of 300~400mm below the workpiece can be completely quenched, quenching deformation is small, but high temperature plasticity is poor. Cr12MoV is mainly used for manufacturing composite molds and tools with large cross section, complex shape and heavy workload. Such as punching die, cutting die, rolling die, steel plate.

    Heat treatment specification:

    Heat treatment specifications: 1. Quenching,950 ~ 1000℃ oil cooling; 2. Quench 1020℃ and temper 200℃ for 2h.

    Metallographic structure: fine granular pearlite + carbide.

    Delivery status: Steel is delivered in annealed state.

    Specification for softening of cold extrusion billet

    Using cast iron chip protection heating, temperature 760~780°C, time 10h, furnace cold, hardness l96HBW, can be successfully achieved cold extrusion forming

    Specification for ordinary isothermal spheroidization annealing

    850 ~870℃×3~4h, with the furnace cooling to 740~760℃×4~5h isothermal, the air cooling hardness is less than 241HBW, eutectic carbide grade is less than 3

    The optimal isothermal temperature is 740~ 76O °C, and the time is ≥4 ~5h

    Specification for spheroidizing annealing

    ° C (860 + 1 u) x 2 ~ 4 h, at 30 ° C/h speed furnace cold, (740 +) 10 ° C x4-6 h, with the slow cooling furnace to 500 ~ 600 ° C, from air cooling. Hardness 207 ~255HBW.
