The stainless steel pattern plate has patterns on the front, but is the reverse flat?
According to function, stainless steel pattern plates are divided into two types: stainless steel decorative pattern plates and stainless steel anti-skid pattern plates. Here we are talking about stainless steel anti-skid pattern plates.
The front side of the stainless steel anti-slip pattern plate has a raised pattern, which is the use surface (anti-slip surface).
There are two types of stainless steel anti-skid pattern plates on the reverse side:
One is: the reverse side is concave and uneven. This kind of pattern plate with uneven reverse side is made of cold-pressed stainless steel plate and is relatively cheap. Taking into account the anti-skid performance, load-bearing performance and procurement cost, it is more cost-effective.
It is also called "embossed board" in the industry, and its thickness is generally between 1.0-6.0 mm.
The other is: the reverse side is completely flat. This kind of checkered plate with flat reverse side is made of stainless steel billet through hot rolling, and then rolled flat by steel coil. It is relatively expensive, has stronger anti-skid performance and load-bearing capacity.
It is also called "plain pattern plate" in the industry, and its thickness is generally between 3.0-8.0 mm.
