Raw material specifications for galvanized sheets
1. Raw material specifications for contact agents. Zinc chloride and ammonium chloride contact agents should be colorless or light yellow crystals. There must be two grades to choose from, and they should contain wetting agents.
2. Material specifications for zinc-aluminum alloy profiles. The composition of the zinc scrap steel added to the zinc pool during the hot-dip galvanizing process should be: aluminum = 4.5-5.0%, copper = up to 0.001%, magnesium = 0.002%, lead = 0.003%, iron = 0.003%, cadmium = 0.002%, Sh = 0.002%. Note that the total weight of a piece of zinc scrap steel is about 9.5-10kg, and it is best to have a certificate of conformity with this standard when supplying it.
3. The raw material standards for zinc-aluminum profiles: hot-dip galvanized zinc ingots (cold-rolled steel plates) should comply with the requirements of ASTMB-6-95. The initial standard lead exceedance in the western region is about 1%. The composition market share of zinc ingots should be: lead should be 0.5-1.4%, iron <0.05%, cadmium <0.01%, copper <0.002%, tin <0.001%, aluminum <0.005%. Note that the total weight of a zinc ingot is approximately 25kg, and when supplied, there should be a certificate of conformity to this specification as far as possible.
