Galvanizing Steel coil
Galvanizing Steel coil is a thin steel sheet dipped into a molten zinc tank to make its surface adhere to a layer of zinc.The main use of continuous galvanized process production, that is, the roll of steel plate continuous dip in the melting zinc plating tank made of galvanized steel.
Galvanized coil has the characteristics of strong corrosion resistance and good surface quality, and is widely used in construction, home appliances, automobiles, containers, transportation and other fields.

Spangle
The "spangle" is a type of surface morphology found on hot-dip galvanized (pure zinc-coated) steel coils. When the steel strip passes through the zinc pot, its surface becomes coated with liquid zinc. As the zinc layer naturally solidifies, zinc grains nucleate and grow, forming what is known as "spangle."
The name "spangle" comes from the fact that the complete zinc crystals display a snowflake-like pattern, which is quite vivid and descriptive.

There are many factors affecting the size of zinc flowers. When the zinc liquid composition has the conditions for the formation of zinc flowers, the following factors will affect the size of zinc flowers:
(1) Raw material: the thicker the raw material steel plate, the smaller the surface roughness, the larger the zinc flower.
(2) Cooling rate: the faster the cooling rate, the shorter the crystal growth time, the smaller the zinc flower.
(3) Number of crystal nuclei: The size of zinc flower is closely related to the number of crystal nuclei of zinc flower. When the surface of steel base is rough or the surface cleanliness is poor, the zinc flower is relatively small. Zinc grains are formed on steel base, and the more nuclei there are, the smaller the zinc flowers will be. This principle is used in the production process of small zinc flowers.
(4) Other factors (production environment, etc.).
Galvanized coil features lightweight, aesthetics, and excellent corrosion resistance. It can be used directly or as the base metal for PPGI steel. Therefore, GI coil has been a new material for many fields, such as construction, shipbuilding, vehicle manufacturing, furniture, home appliances, etc.

3. Transportation
It is mainly used as decorative panels for cars, corrosion-resistant parts for cars, decks of trains or ships, containers, road signs, isolation fences, ship bulkheads, etc.
4. Light Industry
