What is the difference between flowery galvanized sheets and flowerless galvanized sheets?
1. There is no difference between hot-rolled and cold-rolled galvanized sheets with flowers and galvanized sheets without flowers. They are all cold-rolled and then coated with galvanizing from cold plates to become flowered or flowerless.
2. The thickness of the zinc layer does not determine whether it has flowers or no flowers. It is the flower-free galvanized plate that becomes a flower-free galvanized plate after finishing.
3. The difference: whether there are zinc flowers or no flowers on the surface can be judged by the naked eye.
