Chemical treatment/ Pre-Treatment of PPGL steel
After the surface degreasing, the surface of Zinc and Zincalume coils can be treated using one or more of many methods. These pretreatments are used to prepare coated sheets for painting. There are two common types of pretreatment used to obtain good bonding between paint and galvanized coatings which are known as Chromate Conversion pre-treatments and Phosphate pretreatments.
