Zinc Aluminum layer consists of 55% of Aluminum + 43.5% of Zinc + 1.5% of Silicon.
The size or the amount of the Zinc layer can be expressed as AZ 100 (100 gsm or 100 grams per square meter), AZ 150, AZ 275, etc. The zinc layer can be customized as per the requirement of the client. AZ coating refers to the size of the Aluzinc layer. Usually, it comes as AZ 150, AZ 100, AZ 50, etc.
