Products Description
What Does DC03 | 1.0347 Mean?
DC03 is a drawing-quality cold rolled steel grade defined in EN 10130, while 1.0347 is its corresponding European material number. This dual identification ensures technical consistency in international trade and manufacturing. When buyers search for DC03 cold rolled steel coil, both identifiers are commonly used to confirm compliance with European standards.

What Is DC03 Cold Rolled Steel?
DC03 cold rolled steel is a low-carbon steel designed for improved formability compared to commercial-quality grades. It offers better elongation and more stable deformation behavior, making it suitable for bending, stamping, and moderate drawing applications.
What Is Cold Rolled Steel?
Cold rolled steel is produced by rolling steel at room temperature after hot rolling and pickling. This process improves surface smoothness, thickness accuracy, and mechanical uniformity. As a result, cold rolled steel sheets and coils are widely used in industries requiring precision and surface quality.

1) Where no yield strength is defined, the respective values shall apply to the 0.2 % proof stress Rp0.2, otherwise for the lower yield strength (ReL). For thicknesses ≤ 0.7 mm, but > 0.5 mm, the maximum yield strength may be 20 MPa higher, and for thicknesses ≤ 0.5 mm 40 MPa.
2) For thicknesses ≤ 0.7 mm but > 0.5 mm, the minimum elongation at fracture may be 2 units lower. For thicknesses ≤ 0.5 mm, the minimum elongation at fracture may be 4 units lower.
3) The r90 and n90 values shown apply to product thicknesses ≥ 0.5 mm only.
4) For thicknesses > 2 mm, the r90 value is reduced by 0.2.
