Let's look at the engine part first.
Cylinder block and cylinder head: high-quality gray cast iron, ductile iron or vermicular graphite cast iron containing nickel, chromium, molybdenum, phosphorus and other elements.

Cylinder liner: pearlitic cast iron, alloy cast iron, high phosphorus cast iron, boron-containing cast iron, etc.
Piston ring: high-quality gray cast iron, alloy cast iron or ductile iron, porous chrome plating or molybdenum spray treatment to enhance wear resistance and lubrication performance
Piston pin: forged from 20Cr, 20MnV and other low carbon steel or low carbon alloy steel, with carburizing or cyanide treatment on the surface
Connecting rod: forged from 40Cr and other medium carbon alloy steel, surface shot peened

Crankshaft: Forged from high-quality medium carbon steel or medium carbon alloy steel. Large diesel engines are generally cast from ductile iron, and the surface is shot peened and quenched. There are also some crankshaft surfaces that need to be nitrided to improve fatigue resistance.
Camshaft: Forged from high-quality carbon structural steel or alloy structural steel, the surface is subjected to high-frequency quenching or carburizing and quenching treatment
Valve and valve seat: heat-resistant steel such as silicon-chromium steel, silicon-chromium-molybdenum steel, silicon-chromium-manganese steel, etc., with tungsten-cobalt alloy sprayed on the surface to improve corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance.
Valve spring: rolled from high-quality cold-drawn spring steel wire, heat treated, and then polished or shot peened on the surface.
Oil pan: ordinary thin steel plate stamping
Chassis part:
Frame longitudinal beams, cross beams and other stressed components and safety parts: titanium-containing, manganese steel or manganese rare earth series, silicon-vanadium steel and vanadium-containing series and other low-alloy high-strength hot-rolled steel plates
Suspension spring steel: There are Si-Cr series steel, Cr-Mn series steel, Si-Mn series steel and Si-V series steel, such as 55SiCr, 55SiCrV, 60Si2Mn, 55SiVB, etc., surface carburizing and nitriding treatment
Half shaft: 42CrMo alloy steel
Suspension upper and lower arms, guide rod system, etc.: stamped with high-strength hot-rolled steel plates, indicating quenching and tempering treatment
Body part:
The four doors and two covers are made of ordinary cold-rolled steel plates, galvanized on one or both sides, the body is stamped with high-strength cold-rolled steel plates, and ultra-high-strength hot-formed steel is used in stressed parts of the body and important safety parts.
