1.Description:
HDP coating is shorted for High-durability Polyester coating.The high weathering polyester resin is synthesized by using a monomer containing a cyclohexane structure to achieve the flexibility, weather resistance and cost balance of the resin, and the aromatic-free polyol and polybasic acid are used to reduce the absorption of UV light by the resin To achieve high weather resistance of the coating. UV coatings and hindered amines (HALS) are added to the coating formulation to improve the weather resistance of the film.
High weathering polyester coil coatings have been recognized in the market abroad, and the cost performance of the coatings is very prominent.
2.Life span:
For the shortcomings of PE and SMP, HYDRO (now acquired by BASF) and BECKER of Sweden developed a 60-80% weatherable HDP polyester coating that can achieve PVDF coating in early 2000, and is superior to ordinary silicon modification.
This coating has an outdoor weather resistance of 15-18years.The coating has excellent weather resistance, corrosion resistance and solvent resistance, UV resistance, processability, and a tough and durable aesthetic color.
HDP coating is suitable for area with high temperature and less industrial pollution.

-Hot dipped galvanized steel coils,according to JIS G3302,Zinc coating 275 g/m²;
-Hot dipped galvalume(5% aluminum coating added in),according to JISG3317,Zinc coating: 275 g/m²;
-Hop dipped galvalume(55% aluminum coating added in ),according to JIS G3321,AZ coating:150 g/m²,standard thickness:0.576mm,other thickness could follow customers’ requirement.
4,Coating system:
-Coating system with double-sided two-coating.
Primer coating:
-Using highly corrosion resistant Polyurethane(Also called PU),film thickness:5μm.
Top coating:
-Using highly corrosion resistant HDP coating,film thickness 20-25μm.
Top coating color & gloss:
-Color could be customized;
-Top coating gloss is typically 25%,35%,65% or 75%(60° reflection angle,according to ASTM D523)
Back primer coating:
-Using highly corrosion resistant Polyurethane(Also called PU),film thickness:2μm.
Back coating:
-Using good corrosion resistant epoxy resin coating,polyester resin coating,film thickness:7-10μm.
Back coating color & gloss:
-Back coating color is usually using beige,grey or white grey color.Back coating gloss is typically 25% and 65%(60° reflection angle,according to ASTM D523).
