Today we will analyze the main production and processing methods of galvanized sheets:
1. Fine grain reinforced Foshan galvanized sheet
This type of steel panel is produced by hot-dip galvanizing, but after coming out of the tank, it is heated to about 500°C to convert it into an aluminum alloy coating of zinc and iron. This type of galvanized sheet has excellent adhesion and weldability to architectural coatings;

2. Single-sided and double-sided galvanized sheets
Single-sided galvanized steel sheet is a product that is galvanized on only one side. In terms of welding, spraying, rust prevention, production and processing, it has stronger adaptability than double-sided galvanized sheets. In order to get rid of the defect of not being coated with zinc on one side, there is another type of galvanized sheet that is coated with a thin layer of zinc on the other side, that is, a double-sided galvanized sheet;
3. Hot-dip galvanized sheet
Infiltrate the thin steel plate into the molten zinc tank so that layers of zinc are adhered to the surface of the thin steel plate. At present, it is mainly produced by the continuous galvanizing process, that is, the steel plate in a coil is continuously immersed in a plating bath containing molten zinc to make a galvanized steel plate;

4. Aluminum alloy, composite galvanized sheet
This is a steel plate made of zinc and other metal materials such as lead and zinc to make aluminum alloy or even composite plating. This type of steel plate has both extraordinary anti-rust properties and excellent spray properties. In addition to the above five types, there are also colored galvanized steel sheets, printed and painted galvanized steel sheets, polyethylene laminated galvanized steel sheets, etc.
5. Hot-dip galvanized sheet
This kind of galvanized steel sheet produced by electro-galvanizing method has excellent process performance. However, the coating is thin and its corrosion resistance is not as good as that of hot-dip galvanized sheets.
