PPGI stands for Pre-Painted Galvanized Steel, with the core word "Galvanized" referring to the galvanized steel substrate. The substrate of the PPGI is a cold rolled substrate, a hot-dip galvanized substrate, and an electrogalvanized substrate. The coating types can be classified into polyester, silicon modified polyester, polyvinylidene fluoride and plastisol.
