Quality Inspection
1. Material Verification
Base Metal: Confirm 55% Al-Zn coating (150g/m²) via X-ray fluorescence (XRF) testing.
Thickness Tolerance: ±0.03mm (measured with ultrasonic gauges).
2. Coating Inspection
PVDF/PE Coating: Adhesion tested per ISO 2409 (cross-cut tape test).
Color Consistency: Spectrophotometer checks against RAL codes (ΔE<1.5).
3. Performance Tests
Salt Spray Resistance: 3,000+ hours (ASTM B117) to validate corrosion protection.
Bending/Impact Tests: No cracking at 0°T bend (ISO 1519) and 50kg/cm² impact (ISO 6272).
4. Final Approval
Certificates: Mill Test Reports (MTRs) with chemical/mechanical properties.
Packaging: Waterproof wrapping + edge guards to prevent transit damage.
