It is produced by coating cold-rolled steel substrate with 55% aluminum-zinc alloy via continuous hot-dip process, combining ultra-high yield strength, outstanding atmospheric corrosion resistance and good structural formability.

 

• S550GD:S stands for structural steel; the number 550 refers to the minimum yield strength of 550MPa. GD indicates the structural-grade base material specially designed for hot-dip galvalume coating, with stable bending and load-bearing performance.

 

• AZ Coating:AZ represents galvalume coating composed of 55% Al, 43.4% Zn and 1.6% silicon. Common coating weights include AZ100, AZ150, AZ200 for customized demands.
