The quality requirements of high-quality galvanized sheets include specifications, surface, hot-dip galvanizing amount, composition, plate shape, equipment performance and packaging.

1. packaging
It is divided into two types: galvanized sheets cut into fixed lengths and galvanized sheet packaging in coils. It is generally packed in tinplate, lined with moisture-proof paper, and tied with an iron waist on the outside. The fastening is firm and prevents the galvanized sheets inside from rubbing against each other.
2. Specifications Model Specifications

Relevant material limits (such as the following and ) all indicate the recommended thickness, length and width of galvanized sheets as well as permission issues. In addition, the width and length of the board and the width of the roll can also be determined according to customer requirements.
3. surface layer

Overview: Due to the contradictory treatment methods in the coating process of galvanized sheets, the overview is also contradictory, such as the overview of general zinc flowers, fine zinc flowers, flat zinc flowers, no zinc flowers and phosphating treatment, etc. Galvanized sheets and galvanized sheet coils cut into fixed lengths must not have defects that may affect their use (explained below), but steel coils are allowed to have electric welding positions, etc., which are not abnormal units.
4. Hot dip galvanizing amount
Hot-dip galvanizing amount limit: Hot-dip galvanizing amount is a commonly used and effective method to indicate the thickness of the zinc layer of galvanized sheets. There are two types of hot-dip galvanizing: the same amount of hot-dip galvanizing on both sides (that is, hot-dip galvanizing of equal thickness) and the contradictory amount of hot-dip galvanizing on both sides (that is, hot-dip galvanizing of different thicknesses). The hot-dip galvanizing capacity of the module is g/m2.
5. Device functions
(1) Compressive strength test: Generally speaking, if galvanized sheets for structural, drawn and deep-drawn purposes have compressive strength performance requirements.
(2) Bending test: It is a key category to measure the performance of metal sheet processing technology. However, national regulations on various galvanized sheets are actually different. It is generally required that after the galvanized sheet is bent 180o, there should be no zinc layer peeling off on both sides, and there should be no cracks or cracks in the base of the sheet.
6. Element
There are conflicting regulations in various countries regarding the composition requirements of hot-dip galvanized steel sheets. For example, Japan did not plead, but Britain did. Generally no handicraft inspection is done.
7. Plate type
There are two general goals in measuring board shape black and white, namely straightness and long blade bend. There are certain limits for the verticality of the board and the maximum allowable value of the long blade bend.
