Anti-fingerprint sheet corrosion resistance
1) The anti-corrosion performance of hot-dip galvanized fingerprint-resistant board is closely related to the film thickness and drying conditions. Only by ensuring the film thickness and drying can the anti-corrosion performance be guaranteed;
As far as the corrosion resistance of fingerprint-resistant boards is concerned, the thicker the film thickness, the better to a certain extent;

Hot-dip galvanized fingerprint-resistant products have higher requirements on the roughness of the base material. The smaller the roughness, the better the fingerprint-resistant corrosion resistance.
2) Curing time and temperature will not affect the corrosion resistance of the final fingerprint-resistant board, but will greatly affect the test results, resulting in unnecessary downgrades and modifications;

Since customers generally start using it 7 days after production, the curing time is generally 48 hours, and the curing temperature is room temperature. According to the characteristics of the agent, during the production inspection process, reasonable curing time and curing temperature are adopted to improve the fingerprint resistance salt spray test. Accuracy.
3) Scratches on hot-dip galvanized fingerprint-resistant products have a great impact on their corrosion resistance. Therefore, try to avoid scratching and damaging the fingerprint-resistant film during production, inspection, and processing;
If the film is not damaged during the cupping stamping process, its corrosion resistance will not be greatly affected.
