In April 2024, GNEE STEEL received an inquiry email from South Korea. The email came from a professional construction contractor company. They showed great interest in hot-dip galvanized steel plate products and stated that they needed about 2,000 tons of galvanized steel plates for an important construction project.
GNEE STEEL's sales team immediately responded to this inquiry email and actively communicated with the customer through email and phone. During the communication process, we learned that the customer has strict requirements on product quality, specifications, delivery time, etc., so our team carefully analyzed and ensured that the customer's needs can be met.
In order to further deepen customers' understanding of our company and products, we invite customers to visit our factories and offices in person. We arranged a detailed itinerary for the customer and provided a professional reception team to answer the customer's questions. During the visit, the customer expressed satisfaction with our production equipment, quality control process, and the scale and strength of the company. Our engineers and sales team introduced our product advantages and production capacity to the customer and gave detailed answers to various questions raised by the customer.
After in-depth communication and investigation, the customer showed a high degree of recognition of GNEE STEEL's products and services and expressed his hope to sign an order contract with us. In the end, we reached a cooperation agreement with the customer, and the customer decided to order 2,000 tons of galvanized steel plates with a coating thickness of 60 gr/m2, a surface of B, mat, no spangle, and a specification of 0.80*40 mm, delivered in the form of galvanized steel strips.
