There are different designs of pre-painted GI sheets, including profile sheets and plain sheets. They are widely used in construction, household appliances, transportation, furniture, etc. The data shows that 31% is used in home appliances and 63% in construction. 1. Construction
Precoated galvanized iron profile sheets are applied to factories, warehouses, roofing and walls, coiling doors, etc. While plain PPGI panels are widely used as window frames, doors, ceilings, elevators, stairs, ventilation ducts, etc.

PPGI sheet is short for pre-painted galvanized steel sheet. It is a kind of pre-painted steel sheet, which uses galvanized steel sheet as the base metal. Then it is painted with one or several layers of organic coatings after surface pretreatment (degreasing and cleaning), and then baked and solidified continuously. Then the coils will be cut into sheets of the desired size. Through rolling equipment, the plain sheets can be profiled into corrugated PPGI sheets.
