DX51D and DC51D refer to hot-dip galvanized steel sheets. The differences between the two are as follows:
1. Different brands
DX51D is an EU brand, and DC51D is a Baosteel exclusive brand.
2. Different standards
DX51D uses the EN10327 standard, and DC51D uses the Q/BQB402 standard.
3. Different substrates
DX51D uses the same level as DC01 when the base plate is cold rolled plate, and the same level as DD11 when using hot plate. The DC51D base plate is DC01 cold rolled low carbon steel plate.
The main chemical components of DX51D are as follows: C%≤0.07, Si%≤0.03, Mn%≤0.50, P%≤0.025, S%≤0.025, Alt%≥0.020
It is recommended not to substitute the above brands for each other.

dx51d represents the grade or material of an ordinary galvanized coil. Currently, the most common grades of galvanized coils on the market are SGCC, which is the Japanese standard (Japanese standard), and DX51D and DC51D, which are European standards.
DX51D zinc layer is 80 grams of hot-dip galvanizing, where the first letter D represents flat steel for cold forming, the second letter if Indicates that the product is intended for cold forming, flat steel, the substrate status is not specified, the steel grade serial number is 51, pure zinc coating, hot-dip products.
Galvanized coil, a thin steel plate is immersed in a molten zinc bath so that a layer of zinc adheres to the surface. It is mainly produced by the continuous galvanizing process, that is, the rolled steel plate is continuously immersed in a plating bath containing molten zinc to make galvanized steel plate.
This kind of steel plate is also made by the hot dip method, but it is heated to about 500°C immediately after coming out of the tank to form an alloy film of zinc and iron. This kind of galvanized coil has good paint adhesion and weldability.
