DX52D+AZ is a cold-forming grade Galvalume steel coil (EN 10346 standard) with a 55% Al–43.5% Zn–1.5% Si alloy coating, delivering 3–6× longer corrosion resistance than regular galvanized steel. The DX52D substrate offers excellent deep drawability (lower yield strength, higher elongation) for complex bending/stamping without cracking. The AZ coating provides dual protection: aluminum's dense oxide barrier + zinc's sacrificial cathodic protection, plus silicon to enhance coating adhesion and high-temperature stability.
