The DX52D substrate offers excellent deep drawability (lower yield strength, higher elongation) for complex bending/stamping without cracking. The AZ coating provides dual protection: aluminum's dense oxide barrier + zinc's sacrificial cathodic protection, plus silicon to enhance coating adhesion and high-temperature stability.
