National Bureau of Statistics data show that: in October 2022, China's average daily production of crude steel 2,572,900 tons, down 11.2% from a year earlier; average daily production of pig iron 2,284,800 tons, down 7.3% from a year earlier; average daily production of steel 3,704,800 tons, down 4.3% from a year earlier.
Statistics Bureau: In October, the production of raw coal 370 million tons, up 1.2% year-on-year, the growth rate fell 11.1 percentage points from the previous month, the average daily output of 11.94 million tons. Imported coal 29.18 million tons, up 8.3% year-on-year, the growth rate accelerated 7.7 percentage points compared with the previous month.
Data from the National Bureau of Statistics showed that in October, China's crude steel output was 79.76 million tonnes, up 11.0% year-on-year; pig iron output was 70.83 million tonnes, up 11.9% year-on-year; and steel output was 114.85 million tonnes, up 11.3% year-on-year.
National Bureau of Statistics data show that: January to October, China's crude steel production of 86.57 million tons, down 2.2% year-on-year; pig iron production of 72.68 million tons, down 1.2%; steel production of 111.39 million tons, down 1.4% year-on-year.
