The performance advantages of cold rolled plates and hot rolled plates are:
1. The precision is higher, and the thickness difference of cold-rolled strip steel does not exceed 0.01~0.03mm.
2. The size is thinner. The thinnest cold-rolled steel strip can reach 0.001mm; the thinnest hot-rolled strip can now reach 0.78mm.
3. The surface quality is superior. Cold-rolled steel plates can even produce a mirror surface; while the surface of hot-rolled plates has defects such as iron oxide scale and pitting.
4. The cold-rolled plate can adjust its school performance such as tensile strength and process performance such as stamping performance according to user requirements.

Cold rolling and hot rolling are two different steel rolling technologies. As the name suggests, cold rolling is rolling steel at room temperature. This kind of steel has high hardness. Hot rolling means rolling steel at high temperatures.
The water-free spreading performance of cold rolling oil refers to the ability to free oil from the emulsion, so that the oil can be evenly distributed on the surface of the roll and strip.

In the process of steel rolling (mainly cold rolling), in order to reduce the friction between the roller and the rolled material, reduce the rolling force and power consumption, make the rolled material easy to extend, control the rolling temperature, and improve the quality of the rolled products, it is necessary to Lubricant is added between the contact surface of the roll and the rolled material for lubrication and cooling. Cold rolling lubrication requires the ability to form a boundary oil film under extremely high rolling pressure, and it also needs to have good cooling capacity and sealing properties, and be able to adapt to the surrounding harsh environment, etc. This series of lubrication requirements determines that oil and gas lubrication is the suitable lubrication method. Oil-air lubrication has unparalleled advantages over other lubrication technologies. It is more suitable for lubrication inside the bearing than both thin oil lubrication and dry oil lubrication. Although the performance of thin oil lubrication is relatively stable and has a certain anti-corrosion effect, thin oil is not easy to seal, causing impurities such as iron oxide scale and water to easily invade the lubricating surface of cold rolling mill equipment. Dry oil lubrication can solve the lubrication problem, but it cannot solve the heat dissipation problem. The more dry oil, the higher the friction heat. The oil and gas lubrication system does not have the above problems. It just meets all the requirements of cold rolling lubrication and perfectly solves the problems encountered in the cold rolling process.
