1) Pre-roller coated aluminum plate: The base material content of PVDF in the paint used for pre-roll coating is as high as 70%. It is made by horizontally automated two-coating two-baking or three-coating three-baking roller coating process. Coating after curing; the compactness, corrosion resistance and aging resistance of three-coating and three-baking coating are far better than two-coating and two-baking coating.
2) Ordinary spraying aluminum plate: usually two-coating and one-baking or three-coating and two-baking coating, the process is completed by manual operation, and the adhesion and surface color difference of the coating are inferior to the pre-rolled plate.
